Step 2: Reach Out
If you like our work and are interested in learning more, visit our contact page and send us a little more information about you, your vision for a wedding film, and the details of your event. We will get back to you in 24-hours or less.
Step 3: Set up a time to Chat
Before booking any dates, we would love to get to know you better either with an in person meeting, FaceTime, or phone call. We use this time to discuss in more detail how we operate and what we can do as your wedding filmmaker to make your final edit fit your vision.
Once you feel ready to book and to secure your date, we ask that you send in your non-refundable deposit as soon as possible. Regardless of the package you choose, all deposits are $500. The remaining balance, including any add-ons, is then owed no later than 30-days before your event.
Step 4: Secure Your Date
Once you’ve booked your coverage, we stay in contact as the details of your day come together to make sure we know your schedule, locations, and all the details you want captured in your video. You can always reach out to us via phone, email, text, or FaceTime with any updates, requests, or changes.
Step 5: Continued Communication
We start filming your day as soon as you want us to and we stay until the last dances. Most of the time, you won’t even know we are there filming. Our coverage is completely dependent on what you want filmed.
Step 6: Your Event
Our editing process typically takes between 6-8 weeks. As soon as we complete your film, you will receive a link to your final cut and access to the digital download. If you want your film sooner, delivered on a flash drive, or any other special requests, please just let us know and we can accommodate your requests.
